What does a Trainframe training module include?

We create modules is two different formats, depending on customer needs.  The first is in Visual Basic (VB) format.  The second is in HTML Captivate SCORM based web modules. Depending on your needs, modules can include:

Preview Mode: First, familiarize yourself with the procedure by watching a video of the procedure actually being completed. Optional voice-over explaining the screen actions as you review the video, is available.

Practice Mode: Next, practice the procedure in drill mode from start-to-finish. Follow on-screen instructions (voice-over optional) explaining every step along the way. Practice your unique company procedures as often as you wish. 

Certification Mode: Once you are comfortable with the procedure, take the module in certification mode. In certification mode you are asked to perform certain functions. You are not however, told how to accomplish them. Help is available, but asking for help will reduce your score. Incorrect actions will also reduce your score.

Comprehensive Reporting: Every time you execute a Trainframe SOP module, a comprehensive report is generated. Each report includes correct and incorrect actions, multiple choice question results, survey information and module feedback. The reports can be written and stored to any location on your network and can automatically be emailed to anyone you choose (the trainee, the SME, Management, etc.).

Management Summary Reporting (Optional): Zip and email your reports folder to Trainframe, Inc., and we will run our summary report utilities against your data. Within five (5) business days you will receive your custom summary report(s).

How do we create custom modules?

It's as easy as 1-2-3:

1. Using our Quick Capture Tools, we connect over the Internet to your Subject Matter Expert’s (SME’s) workstation
2. We “Video Record” your SME performing your company’s applications or procedures
3. From the video, we take “Desktop Pictures” or “Stills” These "stills" are integrated into your interactive custom training and certification modules
